As a start-up established over 36 months ago, M/s Orient Cement wanted to bring about environmentally and economically conscious progress. Enlisting the resources of Masturlal Fabrichem, with the installation of Special Membrane Laminated filter media, not only did their emission levels reduce below 15 mg/Nm3 and DP Below100 mmWc, but also helped sustain Bag life. This helped them resolve the pressing issue of increasing emission rates.

M/s Bharathi Cement, started around 30 months ago, was faced with the dilemma of how to bring about sustainable development in the functioning of their systems. The solution was provided by the Masturlal Fabrichem CPL team, whom on studying the situation, fitted ‘Membrane Laminated filter media’ made on fully automated German machines which caused the systems to run with very low emission, below 10mg/Nm3, and reduced DP.

M/s Vicat Cement, a 24+ month startup wanted to pave its way in the industry by establishing systems that do not cause high emission and DP. The problem seemed complex, but Masturlal’s product provided the solution they needed, the best way possible. Fitting Membrane Laminated filter media made on fully automated German machines caused the system to run with a very low Emission, below 10 mg/Nm3, and reduced DP.

The customers of M/s Ultra Tech Sewagram Works encountered problems such as high emissions and high differential pressure in the Reverse Air Bag House (RABH). Following the installation, emissions were successfully reduced to less than 20 mg/Nm3, and the DP dropped to below100 mmWc.

M/s UltraTech Nathwara Cement Works, a startup of 15+ months, faced high emissions and frequent damage to the bags in their Reverse Air Bag House (RABH).
