As a start-up established over 36 months ago, M/s Orient Cement wanted to bring about environmentally and economically conscious progress. Enlisting the resources of Masturlal Fabrichem, with the installation of Special Membrane Laminated filter media, not only did their emission levels reduce below 15 mg/Nm3 and DP Below100 mmWc, but also helped sustain Bag life. This helped them resolve the pressing issue of increasing emission rates.

M/s Bharathi Cement, started around 30 months ago, was faced with the dilemma of how to bring about sustainable development in the functioning of their systems. The solution was provided by the Masturlal Fabrichem CPL team, whom on studying the situation, fitted ‘Membrane Laminated filter media’ made on fully automated German machines which caused the systems to run with very low emission, below 10mg/Nm3, and reduced DP.

M/s Vicat Cement, a 24+ month startup wanted to pave its way in the industry by establishing systems that do not cause high emission and DP. The problem seemed complex, but Masturlal’s product provided the solution they needed, the best way possible. Fitting Membrane Laminated filter media made on fully automated German machines caused the system to run with a very low Emission, below 10 mg/Nm3, and reduced DP.  

With a 28+month startup, M/s KCP Cement needed a solution to handle its highly critical flue gas conditions of high moisture and abrasive nature. Masturlal Fabrichem provided ‘industrial filter bags’ of special SGT Finish filter media which provided a simple solution to a highly complex problem.

With over a year of experience in the cement industry, M/s Rain Cement understood that it needed to control its emission and DP in order to develop sustainably. To do so it enlisted the solutions of Masturlal Fabrichem which provided ‘filter bags’of special filter media which reduced emission below 15 mg/Nm3 and DP below 120mmWc.

M/s Penna Cement learned early on, in its 26+ months of experience, that prevention of damage can improve efficiency and productivity. On analysis, Masturlal Fabrichem supplied Membrane Laminated filter media made on fully automated German machines, which reduced emission below 20 mg/Nm3 and eliminated damage all together.

With over 36 month of functioning, M/s Bharathi Cement realized that in order to improve efficiency and productivity, they would have to find a solution to their frequent bags failures, Chocking and High DP. After operating for more than 36 months, M/s Vicat Cement identified the need to enhance their operational efficiency and productivity. They recognized that addressing issues like frequent bag failures, chocking, and high DP was crucial. Upon implementing Masturlal Fabrichem's Membrane Laminated Special filter media, they achieved remarkable results, with emissions decreasing to less than 10 mg/Nm3 and DP falling below 120 mmWc.

M/s UltraTech Redipalayam recognized the need for special care to filtration during processes. Upon studying the matter, Mastrulal Fabrichem provided them with Special fabric filter for the critical applications. The efficiency was improved further due to the different grinding fuels / materials in the VRM mill also supplied.

M/s Orient Devapur Cement Works recognized that they were facing problems of high emission and differential pressure in their system. Enlisting the help of Masturlal Fabrichem, Masturlal supplied Membrane Laminated Special filter media which reduced emission to below 10 mg/Nm3 and DP below 120 mmWc with no bags failing for 3years till now.

Having been in operation for over 30 months, M/s KCP Cement encountered a challenging situation due to the high moisture and abrasive characteristics of their flue gas. To address this complex issue, Masturlal Fabrichem delivered specialized 'filter bags' using special filtration bag media which reduced emission to below 10 mg/Nm3 and DP Below 120 mmWc , along with no bags failing from last30 months.

The customers of M/s Ultra Tech Sewagram Works encountered problems such as high emissions and high differential pressure in the Reverse Air Bag House (RABH). Masturlal supplied Membrane Laminated filter media with an AR Finish, along with replacing the existing spring assembly. Following the installation, emissions were successfully reduced to less than 20 mg/Nm3, and the DP dropped to below100 mmWc.

M/s UltraTech Nathwara Cement Works, a startup of 15+ months, faced high emissions and frequent damage to the bags in their Reverse Air Bag House (RABH). Masturlal Fabrichem provided Membrane Laminated filter media with an AR Finish, in addition to replacing the existing spring assembly. After installation, emissions were successfully reduced to below 20 mg/Nm3, and remarkably, there have been no instances of filtration bag damage to date.

The challenges of high emissions and frequent damage to the bags in their Reverse Air Bag House (RABH) was faced by M/s Ultra Tech Gujarat Cement Works. Membrane Laminated filter media with an AR Finish, along with replacing the existing spring assembly by Masturlal Fabrichem addressed the leakage areas, reduced emission to below 15 mg/Nm3, and no instances of bag filter fabric damage since the implementation.

The challenges encountered by M/s Ultra Tech Star Cement (Dubai) customers were high emissions and frequent bag failures. Masturlal Fabrichem delivered Membrane Laminated filter media with an AR Finish, manufactured using fully automated German machines. After installation, emissions were successfully reduced to below 5 mg/Nm3, and DP below 130 mmWc. This resulted in achieving a significantly low level of emissions.

M/s Elshemal Cement enlisted the solutions of Masturlal Fabrichem with its Membrane Laminated filter media made on fully automated German machines to reduce emission and DP. Installation of the same reduced emission below 15 mg/Nm3 and DP within 90-130 mmWc.

The OEM-supplied filter bags of M/s National Cement were had subpar quality and workmanship, leading to frequent and premature bag failures. Masturlal provided Membrane Laminated filter media manufactured on fully automated German machines which reduced emissions below 20 mg/Nm3, and DP below 120 mmWc. Notably, there have been no instances of bag filter fabric failures for the past two years.
